About The Event

Two Months Too Early is a dance performance that delves into the deeply personal journey of choreographer Brian Golden. Through mesmerizing choreography and expressive movements, the performance explores Brian's upbringing and memories, as he grapples with the shame associated with his disabilities, Dyspraxia and Auditory Processing Disorder.

With insights from Brian’s neurologist and audiologist this performance beautifully captures the complexities between art and science while portraying the challenges we face in trying to navigate a world that often expects conformity and "normalcy". We then realize these differences are not weaknesses, they are  unique strengths.

In a breathtaking fusion of dance and storytelling, Two Months Too Early transports the audience into surreal and fantastical landscapes that invites the audience to reflect on the power of embracing one's differences and finding strength in the face of adversity.
