An evening-length circus and dance production about black diaspora experiences, past and present. Director and choreographer Pamela Donohoo utilizes contemporary circus and dance techniques, including aerial work, acrobatics, balancing, and prop manipulation, while communicating history, journeys, struggles and strengths of the community.

Director and Choreographer, Pamela Donohoo, has performed all over the world doing commercials, televised award shows, large-scale events and spectacular acrobatic shows. Pamela also received a degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology from Stanford University and worked with nonprofit organizations throughout Africa, India, Latin America and the Caribbean. Her research and performance interests include: exploration of conflict and peace building, sustainable development, social justice, cultural development, and folklore. Pamela specializes in creating high caliber and socially relevant acrobatic performances. Her vision is to generate art that inspires people to think critically and contribute positively to their world. Pamela is the artistic director of her cirque dance company and the Environment Art and Human Security Studio at the University of California, Irvine.
